What to write about

• A file that will not key. Tell us the format and roughly what it is — a phone clip, a screen recording, a still from a camera.
• A file that will not open at all. Say which browser and version you are on, and what the page said when you dropped the file in.
• A result that looks wrong. Spill left on hair, a halo on the outline, part of the subject vanishing. Say which controls you moved and roughly where you left them.
• A correction. If something on this site is inaccurate or misleading, we would rather fix it than leave it up.

What makes a report actionable

• Which browser and version you are using.
• The kind of file — container and codec if you know them, or just "MP4 from an iPhone".
• What you expected and what you got instead.
• A screenshot of the page if the problem is visual.

Please do not send the media file itself unless it is small and you are happy to share it. Because the tool never uploads anything, we have no copy of your file and cannot look it up.

What we cannot help with

• Recovering a file. Nothing you open in the tool is stored anywhere, so there is nothing on our side to recover.
• Editing your video. This is a keying tool, not an editor. It removes a backdrop; it does not cut, grade or stabilise footage.
• Advertising or sponsorship enquiries about other sites. Write to the address above and say what you are proposing.

Privacy

Messages you send us are used to answer you and nothing else. What the site itself does with data is set out in the privacy policy.
